Suite au communiqué officiel de ce jour de Monsieur Jean-Marie Hombert, Mairede la Commune de Saint-Romain-Au-Mont-d’Or, distribué ce jour en boîte aux lettres aux habitants de la Commune, ce dernier a annoncé sa démission de ses fonctions de Maire et de Conseiller de la Commune.
Monsieur Jean-Marie Hombert, Maire démissionnaire, a justifié, avec une mauvaise foi confondante et une démarche intentionnelle, les motifs de sa démission, arguant que le motif principal est le conflit de la Demeure du Chaos, démarrée en 1999 soit depuis 23 ans, avec 39 procédures françaises et internationales en cours (voir ci-dessous et articles Le Progrès du 14/01/2022 et du 11/02/2022).

Victoire judiciaire intégrale du 07 février 2022 des sociétés de thierry Ehrmann, auteur de la Demeure du Chaos, contre une nouvelle plainte en 2021 de la Commune de Saint-Romain-Au-Mont-d’Or
Pour mémoire, la Cour d’appel de GRENOBLE par arrêt du 16 décembre 2008 a ordonné, sous astreinte, à Monsieur thierry Ehrmann la mise en conformité avec le POS/PLU de parties extérieures de façades et mur d’enceinte d’une partie de l’immeuble situé Domaine de la Source (La Demeure du Chaos / Abode of Chaos, corpus de 6 300 œuvres d’art depuis 1999) qui doivent être rétablies dans leur état antérieur aux travaux réalisés jusqu’au 4 décembre 2004.
Il est à noter que le dossier judiciaire dans sa globalité comporte 39 procédures distinctes sur différents degrés de juridiction : civil, pénal, CEDH, Haut Comité des Droits de l’Homme de l’ONU. Le conflit judiciaire a démarré en 2004, soit 5 ans après la création de la Demeure du Chaos.
Il faut préciser que Monsieur thierry Ehrmann, qui considère avoir depuis longue date exécuté cet arrêt, a été contraint de saisir différentes juridictions civiles…

With 18,600 lots sold at auction last year, photography is one of only two mediums on the art auction market (along with with prints) that the health crisis has accelerated. Thanks to the increase in online sales, the volume of photographs exchanged in public sales has intensified and, most notably, in the below $100,000 price range.
The result is a greater circulation of photographs on the secondary market, but a lower level of overall auction turnover, with fewer ‘spectacular’ sales. The Paris Photo fair (from 11 to 14 November 2021) had to take this new reality into account while also competing with the recent arrival of NFTs as a new medium on the art market. Fortunately, this new technology represents more of an opportunity than a threat to the photography market.
